Inspired by the dishes once served at the much-loved Kirribilli Café, Bacari revisits familiar flavours
and reimagines them with a lighter, more modern touch.

It’s a menu designed to bring back something more than just taste; memories of long lunches, shared plates
and time spent around the table with Mum.

A six-course shared experience, created for exactly that, with a glass of Prosecco for her to begin.

Because while the dishes may feel familiar, this time it’s her turn to simply sit back and enjoy.
